What this site covers
AI companion apps changed fast in 2025 and 2026. Prices move, features appear and disappear, age rules tighten and some services shut down without much notice. We built this site to give one clear, dated picture of the market: reviews of 19 active apps, price tables, head-to-head comparisons, feature pages, free plans, privacy and safety and practical guides.
We cover general companionship, romance and adult (NSFW) use where an app allows it, because that is how many people use these apps. Everything we describe is for adults. Every person or character shown on this site is an adult.
How we work
- Official sources first. Prices, limits, features and policies come from each app's own website, pricing page, help center, privacy policy, terms and its App Store or Google Play listing.
- Dated checks. Every app page shows when we last checked it. Prices are re-checked monthly, reviews and feature pages every one to three months, privacy pages whenever a policy changes.
- Gaps stay visible. When an app does not publish something (an annual price, a message limit, how long chats are stored), we say "not confirmed" instead of guessing.
- No scores. We do not publish star ratings or numeric scores. Lists are ordered by clear criteria such as price, free plan, memory, voice or privacy terms, and we say which criteria we used.
- User reports are labelled. When we mention what users say on Reddit or in app reviews, we say so. It is never presented as a confirmed fact.

Independence
We are not owned by, paid by or affiliated with any app we cover. Links to apps go to their official websites or store listings; we do not use affiliate or tracking links. App names, logos and screenshots belong to their owners and are shown to identify and describe the products.
Corrections
If a price, feature or policy on this site is out of date, please tell us through the contact page with a link to the official source. We check it and update the page with a new date.
