Candy AI Pricing in October 2026

We read the public plan page, candy.ai/subscriptions, logged out from an EU IP on October 20, 2026. It showed one paid tier, Premium, with three billing terms in euros; Premium Plus is described in the help center but not priced:

The page says "additional local taxes may apply", so we cannot confirm whether VAT is included. Its code also contains weekly (€5.60) and two-weekly (€9.79) billing lines that are not on the visible plan cards; we do not know who, if anyone, is offered them.

We saw no US dollar prices. For a rough idea only, at the ECB rate of October 19, 2026 (€1 = $1.1225), €13.99 is about $15.70 and €47.88 about $53.75. The "about" dollar figures in the table use the same rate. They are our conversion, not Candy AI prices. For features rather than costs, read our Candy AI review.

What a Year of Candy AI Costs

Only the first month is discounted; the quarterly and yearly terms renew at a flat price. Assuming prices stay the same:

Three months of monthly billing cost €37.97 and four months €51.96, so the 12-month plan wins as soon as you expect to stay longer than three months. The catch is that it is paid up front and the refund window is one day. The Terms also allow price rises, announced before a renewal, so year two is an estimate.

What Premium and Premium Plus Include

All three Premium terms list the same benefits: your own AI girlfriends, 18+ images and videos, the full Live Action experience (interactive erotic video scenes, currently mobile only), unlimited text messages and 100 tokens a month, credited on the renewal day.

Premium Plus, the "newest subscription tier" in the help center, raises that to 330 tokens a month and adds live audio, user personas, 20 memory slots, 5 cloned chats, early access to new characters and 10% bonus tokens on top-ups (quarterly and yearly plans only). With no public price, we cannot judge its value.

The Free Account

The free tier is a preview: 5 messages in total across all characters, one custom character and one image, after which "further use requires a subscription" (Terms section 9). Candy AI Tokens: What 100 a Month Buys

Text chat costs no tokens on Premium. Tokens pay for the rest:

Candy AI publishes no fixed Tokens packs with prices.

Spent on: Help center: image generation, creating a custom AI, listening to a voice message, voice calls (beta), unlocking My Private Content (MPC) packs, video generation (image-to-video). Also token-priced: Candy Roulette video chat (5 tokens per minute), Candy Cam tips and some Live Action actions, exclusive-character unlocks (example given: 200 tokens). Regular text chat costs no tokens.

Few token rates are published. Candy Roulette costs 5 tokens a minute, so 100 tokens cover 20 minutes, and the help center's example price for an exclusive character is 200 tokens, two months of the allowance. The cost of an image, a voice message, a voice-call minute or a video clip is not public, so we cannot say how many pictures 100 tokens buy. A referral article calls 200 tokens "a $20 value", about 10 cents a token, but that is marketing, not a price list.

To avoid accidental spending, switch off the Image Generation Toggle (automatic pictures in chat) and the "Realistic" mode (unprompted photos and voice notes).

Do Candy AI Tokens Expire?

Official sources disagree. Terms section 10.2 says unused subscription tokens expire when the subscription ends; a help-center article says canceling does not delete your balance. Plan as if leftover tokens could be lost.

Where You Pay and How Renewal Works

Candy AI has no native iPhone or Android app, only the website and a home-screen web app, so there are no App Store or Google Play prices. The help center lists card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer (Volt, Pix) and crypto; statements show "EverAI". Store apps with "Candy" in the name come from other sellers.

Every term renews automatically at the price and length shown at checkout, and the Terms allow a backup payment method to be charged if the default fails. To cancel:

1. Open My Profile, then Settings.
2. Scroll to the subscription details at the bottom.
3. Click "Unsubscribe".

Access lasts until the paid period ends, then the account reverts to free. There is no pause option, and deleting the account before renewal also cancels. Our subscription cancellation guide covers other routes.

Refunds: The 24-Hour, 20-Token Rule

Section 10.4 of the Terms of Service (revised September 22, 2026) allows a refund only if you ask within 24 hours of payment and have used no more than 20 tokens. Only card payments qualify, used token packages are not refunded, and a refund revokes the remaining tokens. EU and UK buyers also have a 14-day withdrawal right on the first purchase (not renewals), minus a prorated amount for use.

Is Candy AI Worth Paying For?

• Mostly text chat: Premium gives unlimited messages, so the 12-month plan at €3.99 a month is the cheap way in once the free preview convinces you.
• Images and video: this is Candy AI's focus, but 100 tokens is a small budget and per-image costs are hidden. Expect top-ups.
• Voice: voice messages and calls (beta) use tokens at unpublished rates; compare our AI girlfriend voice page.
• Unsure: try the 5 free messages, then one month at €9.99.

How to Pay Less

• Pay yearly if you will stay: €47.88 instead of €163.88, a €116.00 saving in year one.
• Use the referral program: you and your invitee each get 200 tokens when they subscribe.
• Spend tokens before canceling, since the expiry rule is unclear.
