What Is Nastia AI?

Nastia AI (nastia.ai) is an adult AI companion service run by Nastia Cybernetics, a French company (SIREN 982046385). It markets itself as an "uncensored" companion, "not a general chatbot with a filter toggle", and its Terms say the service is for users who are at least 18.

The product is a website that can be installed as an app. You create a female, male or non-binary companion, chat by text, receive voice messages, generate images and short videos, and join group chats with several companions. The Terms, Privacy Policy and age-verification pages were updated on September 16, 2026, and the refund policy dates from May 2026.

This review is based on the public site, help center and legal pages, checked in October 2026. We did not create an account or pay.

Who Is It For?

Adults who want a free-to-start, browser-based uncensored companion with image, video and voice features, and who will check the real price after logging in. It is a poor fit if you want a store app, a price you can see before signing up, or refund rights beyond the legal minimum.

How Nastia AI Works

Sign-up is by email and password, or Discord, Google or Apple. The AI girlfriend page says "no sign up required to try it", while the Terms say registration may be required; we did not test which applies. Onboarding ("Create my uncensored AI companion") walks you through the companion's gender, looks, personality and conversation style.

Besides your own companions, a character page lists "98+ uncensored AI characters", many from anime and fiction. The model behind the chat is described only as "an advanced large language model (LLM)", with no provider named.

Character Creation

The install and onboarding pages describe these fields: companion gender (female, male or non-binary), looks, personality, backstory, conversation style and voice. On the paid plan you can add a custom voice from an uploaded sample (marketed as "Custom Voices - clone"). The free tier allows one companion; the Unlimited plan lists "Multiple Companions - unlimited". No field limits are published. Chat Quality, Roleplay and Memory

A dedicated roleplay page and an "UNCENSORED ROLEPLAY" badge position roleplay as a core use, and the About page covers custom backstories and erotic roleplay. A companion can be framed as a girlfriend, boyfriend, friend, coach or support, though there is no formal mode switch.

Memory claims vary. Marketing says companions "remember you", and one official comparison page says memory lasts "up to 2 weeks". A June 2026 Trustpilot reviewer said memory resets every 24 hours even after buying tokens. No technical description of memory size exists, so treat long recall as unconfirmed. User reports on quality are thin and mixed. An October 2026 Trustpilot reviewer said the AI ignored instructions and rambled; a December 2025 reviewer praised "pretty much unlimited uncensored content", good voice chat and consistent images, but wanted more than six personality traits and clips longer than 5 seconds.

Voice Features

Voice messages are confirmed: the home page says "Get AI voice messages" and the install page lists natural voice messages and cloned custom voices on the paid plan. Voice calls are not. One official comparison page says Nastia offers "voice call functionality", while the home page and another comparison page describe only voice messages, and the latter adds that Nastia has no video calls. Image and Video Generation

Companions send photos in chat, and a standalone image and video generator offers prompts, pose references, face and body references (to keep a consistent look), advanced settings and upscaling. Video has text-to-video and image-to-video modes. The Unlimited plan lists "unlimited AI selfies (4K)" and "HD Video Generation 1080p"; the free tier lists chat only. Adult / NSFW Features

Adult content is on by default: "NSFW content is on from the first message", including on the free tier. The Terms say "Nastia allows fictional sexual content between adults" and list banned categories: anything depicting or suggesting people under 18 (including "aged-up" characters), real people, non-consensual activity, incest, bestiality, extreme violence and trafficking. Requests and generated media "are screened automatically", and violating content is blocked or removed.

Age verification

Everyone passes a self-declared 18+ gate, and paid features require a payment card. Where laws require more (the help center names the UK Online Safety Act and some US state laws), an independent age-assurance provider checks you by on-device facial age estimate, card check or government ID, and Nastia receives only a pass or fail result. Its US age-verification page cites the US Supreme Court's June 2025 decision in Free Speech Coalition v. Paxton.

Mobile and Web Availability

Nastia AI is a website with an install option: "Quick Install - No App Store Required", under 1 MB, listing iOS 16+, Android 5+, Windows and macOS. App Store and Google Play searches on October 20, 2026 found no Nastia listing (Play results were unrelated children's apps with a similar name). There is no native desktop client. Nastia AI Pricing

The official pricing page redirects to a login screen, so the real checkout is not public. The official pages we could read disagree:

We do not pick a winner: check the membership page after logging in, and screenshot it before paying. The Terms say all payments are in US dollars and subscriptions "renew automatically until you cancel". Token packs are also sold:

Nastia AI publishes no fixed Tokens packs with prices.

Spent on: Free accounts get a daily token allowance for uncensored text chat; paid tiers add more tokens plus images and voice (FAQ); the refund policy says users can purchase 'one-time token packages to unlock premium features'. Package sizes and prices are not public (account area only). Account deletion removes any remaining tokens or credits.

Trustpilot reviews include several billing complaints (18 reviews, 2.1 average, 72% one-star, unclaimed profile, with "Subscription" and "Spam" as top mentions). An October 2026 reviewer said the charge "quadrupled" at sign-up and disputes were ignored; a January 2026 reviewer aiming for an $8 "trial membership" said a screen freeze led to a $100 charge. Nastia's own pages say there is "no trial". These are user reports.

Canceling

1. Open the sidebar, tap the three-dot menu on your profile and go to Settings.
2. Choose Membership, then Manage.
3. In the Danger Zone, select Cancel membership. Access continues to the end of the paid period.

If you lost access to your account, the help center says to email [email protected] with the last four card digits, cardholder name, last charge amount and date, and your account email. The refund policy says "we operate a no-refund policy, unless required by law or in cases of technical error". More in our cancellation guide.

Is Nastia AI Free?

Yes: "Free forever - no credit card, no trial, no expiration". The free tier includes uncensored text chat with one companion and basic customization under a daily token allowance, whose size is not published. Images, video and voice messages need the paid plan. Privacy and Data Handling

• Collected: account data, age confirmation (or only the result of a third-party check), companions, chats, memories, voice messages, custom voice samples, generated media with prompts, payment details via processors, IP address, device data, approximate location, usage logs and cookies.
• Training: not explicit. Data is used "to maintain and improve the Service, including the quality of companion replies and our safety systems". No opt-out is described.
• Human review: automated checks screen content; restricted accounts can ask for human review. Whether staff read ordinary chats is not stated.
• Encryption: "encryption in transit and access controls". Encryption at rest is not mentioned.
• Retention: while the account is open. Payment records, records of rule violations (including related prompts and chats, up to 7 years or longer during an investigation), cancellation answers and rolling backups are kept longer. Hosting is in the United States.
• Sharing: "we do not sell your personal information", though the policy says some advertising cookies "may count as sharing" under certain privacy laws. Providers are unnamed.

Account deletion is self-service: Settings, Account, Danger zone, type "delete my account", enter your password and confirm. It is immediate and permanent, removes remaining tokens, and requires canceling the membership first. The help center describes no in-app chat export (one comparison page claims you can download chat history); the policy gives a right to request an export from [email protected]. Best Alternatives to Nastia AI

Kupid AI shows weekly, yearly and lifetime prices publicly and sells prepaid periods, though its currency display is ambiguous. Muah AI has live calls and music tools, but hides prices until login and had a 2024 breach. Romantic AI is the option with iOS and Android store apps, from $44.99 a year on the US App Store.
